Pole Dancing


We begin with a warm up designed to loosen up your muscles, help you get slinky, and teach you some floor moves that are integral to pole... After that we'll show you some fun pole spins, poses and transitions, culminting in a mini routine! Or... we can scratch the routine and go over extra pole moves. It's your choice. Get ready to have a lot of fun as you let your slinky, sexy side come out and play!

Please wear bootie shorts and a tank top or workout bra. Clothes are slippery and make pole much more difficult so even though you think you want to wear leggings, trust us you don't! 

Pole Dancing Shoes, tops, bootie shorts and more are available for purchase in our boutique should you decide you "need" any of those items!
