These parties generally last 2 hours. We'll start you out with a glass of champagne, or non-alcholic bubbly, and some light snacks while everyone arrives and gets settled in.

Then we begin with a short stretching warm up to help everyone relax and loosen up their muscles. We also go over most of the floor moves in the routine.  After the warm up feel free to dress up and we'll pull out the chairs and have some fun!

We will be removing layers during the routine as well as teaching stripping techniques.  There is no nudity though, so no worries! This will be a routine taught around a chair in which you could have a special someone sit... after class of course!  

Different themes require different items to be removed! Hats / Ties / Boas and usually a top layer (oversize shirt) and bottom layer (skirt, etc.)  Most ladies choose to undress to a tank top or bra and a pair of bootie shorts.
