Pole Dancing:
Pole Dancing is a total body workout and the hottest new thing to hit the fitness world! Combining basic dance moves with strengthening pole moves it tones and strengthens arms, legs, abdominal & back muscles—as well as increases your flexibility. And the best part is that it’s so much fun you forget you’re working out!
In our Pole Dancing Classes we begin with a stretching warm up to help you loosen up and get comfortable moving in a more sensual way. We have soft lighting and candles so everyone looks beautiful and can feel sexy! After our floor work we move on to the poles and teach you a choreographed routine to an entire song. This is a really easy way to learn Pole Dancing if you’ve never tried it before. It enables you to follow along as the instructor does all the moves with you in a safe and easy manner. For the more advanced student this class will help you to effortlessly flow from spins to transitions, and floor work while enhancing your ability to use the music to accentuate your own personal pole dancing style. We change our routines every 4 – 6 weeks depending on the students in the class and the difficulty of the routine, and alternate teaching the first half and second half of the routine on opposite weeks. We do our best to bring you new and creative routines by changing the style of music along with the moves in each routine to keep things fresh and exciting. (Basically, we instructors get bored easily, so we like to keep our routines fresh and make up new ones often!)
Let that sensual part of you come out and play in an atmosphere of
support and encouragement. No experience is necessary for our Pole
Dancing classes, and classes are open to women of all fitness
levels. Please pre-register to guarantee yourself a spot, as we like
to limit classes to two ladies per pole. Thank You!
Fee: $150.00 for a 5-Pack Card.

Kellie
Schremp -- Pole Dance Instructor
Kellie began taking pole dancing lessons in 2004 while in her home
state of Virginia, and after the very first class she was hooked.
Studying primarily with a teacher whose professional dance
background was ballet and ballroom, Kellie's pole dancing style grew
to become beautifully controlled and graceful. Kellie moved to the
Lake Tahoe area in the summer of 2007 and is thrilled to now be
instructing others in this new fitness related form of dance. She
can't wait to pass along her love of pole dancing to her students!
Certification: AFAA Group Fitness Instructor |

Cindy
Coverdale (Owner / Instructor)
Cindy fell in love with Pole Dancing when she attended her first
class with her friend. More than a wonderful workout, she found it
to be a BLAST. She was captivated right away and knew it would
become her mission to become a teacher herself so she could share
this new passion with other women. She found a new sense of
empowerment (along with some pretty buff arms!) after attending
classes as well as a profound sense of liberation—something she
hopes to pass on to her students. The pole is her specialty.
Her pole dancing classes are taught in a supportive, fun-filled
atmosphere with an emphasis on safety.
