Studio Workshops
Vertical Fitness periodically offers Studio Workshops in all of our different Dance Classes. These are great opportunities to “catch up” on existing on-going classes, review basics, or just experience what our classes, studio, and teaching styles are about.

about Pole Dancing, but still a little bit nervous to try it?
Worried everyone in the class will know how to do it and you won't?
Well, here's the perfect opportunity to learn in a safe environment where
everybody is in the same boat!
This will be a no pressure workshop where we'll begin with a nice slow warm
up to help you relax and get familiar with moving in a more sensual way.
Then we'll take you to the pole and teach you some basic spins and
transitions along with a little floor work.
You will be amazed how easy it is and how great you look dancing!
This workshop is open to ladies of all ages and all fitness levels. No
experience necessary. We'll teach you everything you need to know!
