Pole Workout:
Pole Dancing is a total body workout! You will discover muscles you
didn’t even know you had! Combining basic dance steps with
strengthening pole moves it tones and strengthens arms, legs,
abdominal & back muscles—as well as increases your flexibility. And
the best part is that it’s so much fun you forget you’re working
out!!
In our Pole Workout class we change up the structure of our original
Pole Dancing Class. Instead of learning a routine, this class
focuses on refining transitions and spins while also learning new
pole moves such as inversions, climbs, aerial tricks, and
combination spins. We also work on the spinning poles in these
classes. If you’ve never tried a spinning pole get ready to have
some fun—they are a blast! Wheeeeeeeeee.
The Pole Workout classes may be a bit more geared to the student
that has already taken, or is currently taking, our regular Pole
Dancing Classes but all skill levels are welcome. Students advance
to higher levels of difficulty at their own pace. No pressure. If
you feel like you've mastered all the basic pole moves and would
like to learn some more intermediate and advanced moves you will
enjoy this class! Get a great workout while you let that sensual
part of you come out and play in an atmosphere of support and
encouragement!

Cindy fell in love with Pole Dancing when she attended her first
class with her friend. More than a wonderful workout, she found it
to be a BLAST. She was captivated right away and knew it would
become her mission to become a teacher herself so she could share
this new passion with other women. She found a new sense of
empowerment (along with some pretty buff arms!) after attending
classes as well as a profound sense of liberation—something she
hopes to pass on to her students. The pole is her specialty.
Her pole dancing classes are taught in a supportive, fun-filled
atmosphere with an emphasis on safety.
