Laurie McPherson

Laurie brings an extensive background in gymnastics to her teaching. In fact, before moving to Lake Tahoe, she founded L & M Gymnastics in the Bay Area and was their premier instructor for over 25 years! Her soft-spoken style is encouraging, non-competitive and supportive. Laurie is excited to share her lifelong experience of gymnastics and movement in a way that helps the women of our community to find balance and strength in their bodies!
