Zumba!
Ditch the Workout and JOIN THE PARTY! Zumba is an interval training cardio-class set to upbeat Latin-style music. Using playful and easy dance steps such as Salsa and Merengue; mixing it up with a quick pace then a slower pace you will burn calories and get a total body workout. More emphasis is placed on enjoying the music and dance moves and less on the old-fashioned aerobics approach. Zumba is about FREEDOM... Have fun!
This class is open to all fitness levels... No experience necessary!
Duration: 50 minutes to 1 hour
Dress Code: You're gonna get warm in this class! Wear layers that are easily removable.
