Yoga Gravity Stretch

Flexibility is so important to our bodies, yet many people avoid (and even dread) the idea of stretching. This is non-traditional stretch class that will help you move through that and enjoy flexibility again! As your body releases the tightness and tension it's been holding on to, you will notice a profound difference in how you feel! Yoga Gravity Stretch is designed to improve your overall range-of-motion while releasing tension and tightness from hamstrings, hips, shoulders, wrists, ankles and more. Relaxing into a combination of yoga postures and stretches, while allowing gravity to assist, your flexibility will advance to a whole new level. You will feel peaceful yet energized by the end of this class.
