Vinyasa Yoga

This Ashtanga based practice unites mind, body and breath through a steady sequence of poses.  Each posture is linked and combined with an inhalation and and exhalation, making each movement a breath and each breath a movement.  Vinyasa Yoga is often called flow yoga, because of the smooth way the poses run together like a dance. You will improve strength and flexibility in your body, while moving and breathing with grace.

Experience: All Yogi's welcome. 

Duration: 1 hour 15 minutes

Dress Code: Comfortable Yoga clothes and bare feet.
