Therapeutic Yoga with Deborah

This gentle holistic class focuses on releasing tight muscles, reducing pain from injuries, and relieving stress from the body and mind. Yoga techniques such as asana, (postures) breathing, and guided relaxation will be used to bring about harmony and balance within the mind-body connection. Asana promotes stretching and strengthening of the muscles to create stability in the body.

Breath work contributes to the movement of prana (life force) to promote vitality and energy. Guided relaxation allows stress to melt away creating tranquility and peace. The combination of all three parts in a yoga practice is a powerful foundation for health and wellbeing, treating the body as a whole.

Experience: All fitness levels welcome. No yoga experience necessary. Bring your stress and body pain and watch it melt away by the end of class!

Duration: 1 hour 15 minutes

Dress Code: Comfortable work-out wear and bare feet.
