Pole Routine
Do you have the basics down and want to turn those into complete routines with flow and grace? Would you like to discover how complimentary music can be to pole dancing? How it can change the style of your pole movement? Join us for a class that will focus on learning complete routines to current songs. This will truly take your pole experience to a whole other level!
This class is open to all fitness levels… Some experience is helpful, but not required!
Duration: 1 hour
Dress Code: Yoga pants and a tank top are perfect for the warm up. The pole part of class requires more skin to grip the pole. Bootie shorts and a tank top or workout bra top will work well. Pole Dancing Shoes are recommended, or bare feet. (No street shoes please. They damage the floor.) Pole Dancing Shoes are available for purchase in our studio.
