Instead of teaching new moves, this will be an open class format with the instructor circulating around the room, working individually with each student on the moves chosen by that student. It's a chance to get that move you almost got in class, or simply another chance to be on the pole so you can progress more quickly. A warm up and cool down will be provided by the instructor. This class is open to all fitness levels… Must have some pole experience, as new moves will not be taught. Duration: 1 hour Dress Code: Yoga pants and a tank top are perfect for the warm up. The pole part of class requires more skin to grip the pole. Bootie shorts and a tank top or workout bra top will work well. Shoes, or no shoes, it's your choice!
