This class will be divided into two sections - strengthening and flexibility - both designed to make your body strong, bendy, and ready to take your pole dancing to the next level! The strengthening portion of this class will be full-body but will focus on the muscles we need to rock the pole (core, arms and inner thighs). In the flexibility portion we'll work on loosening up our hips, legs and back. We'll use the pole throughout the class for a fun workout like no other! Although the focus will be on pole-specific conditioning, this class will get you in shape for anything! This class is open to all fitness levels… No pole experience necessary! Duration: 1 hour Dress code: We will use the pole so bootie shorts and a tank top or workout bra-top are recommended. No shoes necessary - just your bare feet!

Pole Jam is your chance to simply come play on the pole! Work on whatever you'd like with other pole enthusiasts doing the same. Share moves with others, work on your own routine or practice what you've been working on in class. This is a Pole Jam (not a pole class) so don't expect instruction from our staff - although an instructor will be on premises, most likely busting out some moves on her own pole! Some pole experience is REQUIRED to attend Pole Jam! This is not an instructor-led class format. Pole Jam is set up to be one person per pole. If you'd like to share a pole with a friend let us know and we will make room in the class. (Email us from our contact form, or text us at 775-771-5506.) |
