Intermediate Pole

Are you ready to take your pole dancing skills to the next level? Would you like to go upside down on the pole?  Then this is the class for you!  Once again class will begin with warm up moves to prepare you for more challenging pole work which will include more advanced spins, pole climbs, combination moves and inversions! A cool down stretch, focusing on increasing your flexibility, will close the class.

This class is open to all fitness levels… Must have some pole experience. For example: You must be able to do basic spins and transitions. (Fireman, Piroutte, etc.)

Duration: 1 hour 15 minutes

Dress Code: Pole classes require skin to grip the pole. (Clothes are slippery!) Bootie shorts and a tank top or workout bra-top will work well. You may also want leg warmers for the first part of class. You may wear Pole Fitness shoes, or bare feet. No street shoes please.  They damage the floor. Shorts, tops, leg warmers and shoes are available for purchase in our studio.
