Dance Pole Fitness
This class was created for those of you who want to experience a more feminine and playful style of workout! Less emphasis will be placed on technique and moving up in ability level and more on having a fun time! Dance Pole Fitness will stick to beginner pole spins, transitions, and floor work. You will learn how to combine these moves into combinations and routines, and don't be surprised if the feather boas come out too!
This class is open to all fitness levels⦠No experience necessary, but having taken some Beginner Pole Fitness classes will prove helpful!
Duration: 1 hour
Dress Code: Yoga pants and a tank top are perfect for the warm up. The pole part of class requires more skin to grip the pole. Bootie shorts and a tank top are fine. Feel free to dress up for this class if you like! Miniskirts and bootie shorts are appropriate⦠as are pole dancing shoes! (No street shoes please. They damage the floor.) Shoes, skirts, shorts, and tops are available for purchase in our studio.
