It is a fabulous low impact cardio workout that really allows your feminine energy to be expressed. You will tone your arms, legs, core and back. Get ready to shake, shimmy and undulate in these classes!

Get ready to shake, shimmy, and celebrate women! Belly Dancing is great exercise for women of any age, targeting specific areas that increase health and overall well-being. We all know that it is healing for women to spend time in the company of other women, and this class is a great oportunity to do that while learning something fun at the same time! Take some time for you and recharge your feminine energy... This class will include stretching, posture awareness, zill work, amazing belly dance moves and choreography. Let your “Inner Goddess” come out and play in this palyful atmosphere! All women are welcome to join in this class! All fitness levels and all ability levels. Ne dance experience is required. The instructor will provide something for everyone! Duration: 1 hour 15 minutes Dress Code: Skirts and hip-scarves are encouraged along with bare feet. Zills are recommended and can be purchased in our studio. |
