Aerial Hoop

Come learn a new art that will let you express yourself in a whole new way! This class will focus on basic principles of aerial hoop training, including strengthening and conditioning, poses, mounts, sequences and transitions to establish a solid foundation for aerial arts. Students will work a their own pace and ability level progressing on to more advanced moves as they are ready for them. Aerial Hoop is great cross-training, especially for those already taking pole classes. You will be amazed at what you are capable of!

All levels, shapes, sizes, and genders are welcome and no previous experience is required! Students will work at their own pace and ability level.
