Pole Technique & Refinement

All Levels Pole Fitness

All Levels Pole Fitness is an open class format with the instructor circulating around the room, working individually with each student on the moves chosen by that student. It's a chance to get that move you almost got in class, perfect the moves you already have, problem solve a move that's proving challenging, or simply just another opportunity to be on the pole so you can progress more quickly. This is also a great chance to take a class with your friends that are at a different ability level than you. All levels are welcome! A warm up and cool down will be provided by the instructor.

This class is open to all fitness levels… Some pole experience is helpful, as it is not a "follow along with the instructor" format!

Duration: 1 hour

Dress Code: Pole classes require skin to grip the pole. (Clothes are slippery!) Bootie shorts and a tank top or workout bra-top work well. You may also want leg warmers for the first part of class. You may wear Pole Fitness shoes, or bare feet. No street shoes please. They damage the floor. Shorts, tops, leg warmers and shoes are available for purchase in our studio.

This class gives you a chance to refine and perfect moves you've already learned in previous pole fitness classes. Instead of teaching new moves, this will be an open class format with the instructor circulating around the room, working individually with each student on the moves chosen by that student. It's a chance to get that move you almost got in class, or simply another chance to be on the pole so you can progress more quickly. A warm up and cool down will be provided by the instructor.
