The New Pole Fitness Terminology has been released today by the Pole Fitness Association!  Now we can all begin to use the same names for our moves.  Yae!  So get ready to learn new names for a lot of the moves we've been doing!  Many will be different to us at Vertical Fitness.  

This was a group effort spearheaded by Jenyne Butterfly and the Pole Fitness Association to come up with a standardization of Pole Moves, Grips and Spins so we can all be on the same page with what move is called what.  A great big "Thank You!" goes out to all who participated to make this happen!
