New Classes to help you get ready for Bikini Season!

We've got two new classes to share with you! These are designed to help you get your body fit and ready for summer.
Bosu Blast!
This class will alternate using the Bosu Balance Trainer with the Bosu Ballast Ball keeping this amazing workout fresh and playful. If you haven't yet taken a Bosu Balance Trainer Class with Mindy I urge you to try it. It's a lot of fun! Seriously! A great core workout... And it will really get you laughing and smiling too. Boing... Boing... Boing!
The Bosu Ballast Ball is a big round ball with sand in it, which prevents it from slipping while you're doing moves on it. It also adds a little bit of weight for a better strength training workout. This is also a great core class, but will also strengthen your arms and legs.
Wednesdays at 9 am.
(This class is the perfect compliment to the Pilates Dynamic Mat Class on Mondays at 9 am.)
Intense Gravity Blast
This class is designed to be fast and effective! It is a "fast-paced" class combining cardio and strength training using the EFI Gravity Reformers. Instructors, Mindy and Wendy, will focus on giving you a total body workout condensed into a half hour time slot. This is the most time-efficient, powerful and innovative body-sculping workout available! It's guaranteed to get you in bikini shape quickly. (This is not a Pilates Reformer Class.)

Tuesdays and Thursdays 12:15-12:45 pm
