It's your turn guys! Now you can see what Pole Fitness is all about for yourself. You will be amazed what you can do from class one! Although Pole Fitness is currently dominated by women, this sport is typically much easier for men. And, more and more men are signing up for classes around the world. Expect to get a great strength training workout; focusing on your abs, back, arms, and legs in a whole new and different way. Warning: Men's Pole Fitness is not for whimps!
