Welcome to Vertical Fitness—Lake Tahoe's finest fitness studio offering innovative fitness classes in a spa-like environment!
Venturing away from the typical gym environment you will instead encounter a feminine zen-like atmosphere: soft lighting, candles, Earth-friendly bamboo flooring, flagstone entryways and more. Our mission is to provide a beautiful, clean, and comfortable environment where you can take a little time for you!
Get in shape (or stay in shape) with a variety of fitness classes that allow you to reconnect with your true strength, grace and power! We keep our classes small to ensure you get the most from your instructor. Our instructors are welcoming, enthusiastic, certified and
highly-trained in their field.
We currently offer classes in Pilates on the Gravity Reformer, Pilates Mat, Pole Fitness, Yoga. Belly Dancing and Burlesque are added to our schedule periodically in sessions. Classes are available for all fitness levels.
We also offer Bachelorette Parties, Private Group CLasses, and Master Classes with guest instructors.
Vertical Fitness is located on the north shore of Lake Tahoe in the Village Shopping Center, across from the post office and Lupita's Restaurant.
